Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Batching Picker / Production Operator for our client in University Park, IL. We're looking for candidates with hands-on experience in batching and picking duties who have a strong and reliable work history in food manufacturing environments.

This role is contract-to-hire, meaning talented and reliable performers have the opportunity to be hired on directly after the initial contract period. * + RF Scanner

+ Sit down forklift

+ EPJ

+ Loading/unloading

+ Picking

+ Read orders

+ Lifting 50-75 pounds

+ Attention to detail

+ Someone who shows initiative and wants to learn

* + Experience in a food manufacturing environment

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Ability to lift 25kg/50lbs regularly

+ Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

+ Positive, hands-on, can-do attitude

+ Food warehouse experience
