As a 3P51 Material Specialist
, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by managing material flow, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, and warehouse operations throughout the facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, safe operation of material handling equipment, and the ability to work across multiple departments to ensure materials and finished goods are delivered accurately and on time.

• Operate forklifts, power trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, store, move, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including preparing and verifying documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Work with SAP and other systems to track material movement and inventory status.
• Verify material quantities, part numbers, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of production supplies, consumables, and finished goods.
• Assist with material flow improvements to support production demands.
• Follow standard work procedures and maintain compliance with safety requirements.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives within the work area.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and leadership teams to resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work alone and with a team, managing time effectively

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge in reading and interpreting prints
• Strong understanding of machine and manufacturing principles

• 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday - Thursday
• This position does not offer relocation
• This position requires no travel
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Positions are supplemental full-time
