Location: Paris, IL

Pay: $15.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Some Fridays: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Some Saturdays: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Paris, IL
. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team-focused production environment. Associates will be responsible for assembling products, maintaining a clean work area, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

• Perform assembly line tasks according to production requirements
• Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Inspect products during and after assembly for quality assurance
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Please note:

Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able to pass a background check.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
