Quality Inspectors

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring General Production Associates for our client in the Automotive Industry located in the Lawrenceville, IL, area.

• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

We are seeking dependable and motivated Quality Inspectors to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to producing quality products while following safety procedures.

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check
• Must be able to pass a urine Drug Screening
