Level I:
Estimated hourly base pay: $24.00

Level II:
Estimated hourly base pay: $25.00 - $28.00

These positions are on AWS (Weekends) 1st shift, (Friday - Sunday, 3:00am - 3:30pm) and are located are our Loves Park Campus, where innovation, precision, and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

This role will provide support and operations in products such as servo valves, actuators, fuel metering units, specialty valves or pumps. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values your skills and offers opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you!

Training shift will be on 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm, for the first 2 weeks.

Week 3 training shift could be on 1st or 2nd. Interested candidates must be flexible for upwards of 3 months to be able to train on an alternative training schedule.

Repair & Overhaul Technician I

Key Responsibilities:

· Teardown, Assembly and Test Product:
Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently teardown, assemble and test product using specified tools and equipment.
· Process:
Coordinates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis, investigation, work scope of product.
· Quality:
Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.
· Organization & Cleanliness:
Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items. Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
· Safety Mindset:
Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.
