Marketing Manager, Innovation, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) (f/m/x)
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Marketing Manager, Innovation for our DHL Americas Innovation Center (AMIC) – a state‑of‑the‑art facility focused on engaging startups and industries on the future of logistics. In this role you will drive planning and implementation of regional Innovation Marketing for the Americas and position DHL as the Innovation Leader in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Position DHL as the Innovation Leader in the market and CSI as the innovation engine of the group.
- Work with business owners to shape the marketing direction for regional activities, identify key success factors, and develop a regional marketing roadmap.
- Contribute to global Innovation Marketing efforts by driving selected topics, translating global direction into regional plans, and providing input into global planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other Innovation functions and the broader Marketing community.
- Align Marketing with the Business Unit activities, develop joint initiatives, and create marketing programs that support specific objectives across channels and segments.
- Plan and execute major regional events (e.g., annual Innovation Day, Trend Days) and develop creative customer engagement formats.
- Lead internal and external communication efforts, manage content marketing, run integrated campaigns, and drive social media activities.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, analyse results, and take actions to improve effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline and 5‑8 years of experience in a related field (or MS/MA and 3‑5 years of experience).
- Strong project and/or event management experience.
- Excellent meeting facilitation, presentation and communication skills and a solid understanding of marketing tactics and planning processes.
- Creativity, courage and a can‑do attitude with the ability to think outside the box.
- Previous exposure to Innovation environments is ideal.
- High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Self‑motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
