- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
- Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
- Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
- Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction
- Collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
- Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
- Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Strong collaborative skills across cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting product adoption and growth
