Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time On-Site
(This is not a remote position. Candidates must be able to work in person at our location.)
Contribute to the success of the marketing team by assisting and developing effective marketing campaigns and digital media content to increase brand awareness, ultimately leading to the Company’s growth.
Responsibilities- Assist with social media and email campaigns
- Strategize and find new ways to increase the company’s social media exposure for all site social media profiles
- Assist with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Assist with web development projects
- Copy, edit, proofread and revise communications as requested
- Support business development efforts as needed
- Attend company and other marketing meetings as identified
- Create and develop blogs as requested by management
- Design and produce compelling sales materials to assist in growing the business
- Research media coverage and industry trends to stay abreast of market changes and opportunities
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
- Capture and gather content at events, including photography, video, and on-site storytelling to support marketing initiatives
- Provide on‑site marketing support and assist with marketing needs at other company locations as needed
- Self‑motivated with the desire to perform at the highest professional level with minimal supervision
- Must respond well to a changing work environment
- Possess strong analytical and problem‑resolution skills with the ability to proactively recommend solutions
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Possess intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Canva, Adobe, Constant Contact and other content creation tools
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Must possess fundamental understanding of online and offline communications related to best practices, graphic design abilities, social media experience and strong communication skills
- Must be a strong team player with a "can-do" attitude
- Must be comfortable working with small, medium and large groups
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a marketing role with social media exposure
$20/hour
