Role Description

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Barrington, IL. This role supports day‑to‑day sales operations by managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate customer records. The coordinator assists with marketing activities, including updating online listings, supporting social media content, preparing promotional materials, and helping organize events or open houses. Daily responsibilities include communicating with prospective and current clients, providing timely and professional customer service, and ensuring consistent follow‑up on sales opportunities.

The role collaborates closely with the sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and to enhance the client experience from initial contact through project completion.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Marketing Coordination and Sales Operations to support daily workflow, lead tracking, and appointment management.
  • Experience in Marketing Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building relationships, responding to inquiries, and guiding clients through the sales process.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to use CRM or similar systems, basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations), and comfort working with online marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, luxury homes, or a related industry is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
