Hire Level is seeking a full‑time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Edwardsville, IL. This on‑site role involves driving digital presence and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Location: Edwardsville, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Assist in building and updating the company website, including the eCommerce section, ensuring a user‑friendly and visually appealing experience.
• Produce compelling content for newsletters, videos, graphics, signs, and possible blog posts to engage our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools, providing insights to optimize user experience and drive conversions.
• Design marketing materials, including graphics, signs, and videos, that align with the company’s brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

• Experience in digital marketing, website management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools and graphic design software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and video production is a plus.
