Social Media Content Creator

Job Type: Part-Time (5 hours/week average)

Compensation: $8-10/hr

Bullpen Talent is seeking a Social Content Creator to produce visual content and templates for Instagram and Facebook socials on behalf of our client. Starting in early to mid-September in preparation for Black Friday, this role averages 5 hours per week and focuses strictly on content creation based around a weekly calendar and event calendar. Content will be created for Instagram and Facebook only (no Tik Tok).

The client handles campaigns and posting, allowing this position to focus entirely on graphic and content creation, with the opportunity to grow hours over time.

• Design high-quality images and graphics in Canva, as well as create templates.
• Build content aligned with the client s weekly calendar and event calendar.
• Experiment with Reels for Instagram and Facebook.

• Expertise in Canva, with proven ability to create outstanding graphic work and editable templates.
• Proficiency in producing visual graphic content specifically for Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to create content organized around weekly and event schedules.

• Experience with short-form video content/Reels.

• Flexible part-time schedule averaging 5 hours per week starting in early/mid-September.
• Opportunity to grow working hours over time.
• Work with a dedicated brand focused on fishing courses with a 2x world champion walleye fisherman.
