Marketing Manager II, Patient Services Marketing - Neurology

Neurology Abb Vie Patient Services Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting patients and healthcare providers across the treatment and access journey.
• Lead key components of the Patient Services Care Model; translate insights into integrated marketing programs that simplify experience, reduce access barriers, and drive awareness/utilization of Complete resources.
• Oversee communications across digital, CRM, field, web, and print channels.
• Lead development, approval, launch, and optimization of marketing materials.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, HUB, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, APEX, and BTS teams.
• Manage agency/vendor partners for high-quality, compliant work.
• Monitor performance; identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, forecasts, and cross-functional execution.
• Develop marketing briefs, strategic recommendations, and business cases.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of marketing experience (preferably pharmaceuticals/healthcare).
• Experience developing complex marketing strategies/programs.
• Strong project management/organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage agency partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organization.

• Experience working in multiple therapeutic categories.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products.
