MY LIFE MY GIFT DESCRIPTIONMy Life My Gift (MLMG) is a collaborative ministry to women who find themselves unexpectedly pregnant. MLMG helps these women through compassionate listening, clarifying their options, and bringing them hope.
MY LIFE MY GIFT:
This My Life My Gift (MLMG) Coordinator position advances the mission of Lifesong through strategically collaborating with other like-minded individuals and organizations, wisely leading the MLMG platform and partnerships, carefully monitoring the MLMG platform data, and analyzing MLMG data to improve the stewardship and success of MLMG.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Strategically collaborate with like‑minded individuals and organizations
- Grow Lifesong’s relationships with current partners while also seeking new partners
- Communicate frequently with Lifesong leadership
- Engage churches and individuals with the "Lift" prayer app
- Educate and equip church partners on how to take vulnerable Mom’s into community by establishing mentoring relationships, Bible studies, and church family
- Cultivate new partnerships:
Human Coalition, Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRCs), Embrace Grace, etc - Wisely lead the MLMG platform and partnerships
- Play an active role in team meetings and utilize previous work and life experiences
- Build the bridge between Lifesong and PRC/church relationships
- Oversee and promote all aspects of the "Lift" prayer app
- Attend pro‑life conferences to bring awareness to MLMG initiative
- Carefully monitor the MLMG platform data
- Follow "Family Finder" and explore growth into PRC/church/adoption agency partnerships through it
- Oversee prayer app utilization and chat features while coaching conversations, utilizing all tools and ensuring women to be well cared for
- Organize and collect data from MLMG / Lifeline / Hope Sync and Clear
- Analyze MLMG data to improve the stewardship and success of MLMG
- Analyze data collected from MLMG / Lifeline / Hope Sync andn Clear
- Share findings and conclusions of data as needed
- Assist with the sharing of outcomes and stories
- Miscellaneous Duties:
Performs other duties, as assigned
- Passionate commitment to Lifesong’s core focus
- A heart for the Lord and for His people
- A heart for women in unexpected pregnancies and Birth Moms
- Team‑oriented skillset with ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and charts/graphs/etc.
- Understanding of the heart and mind of unexpectedly pregnant women
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in the unexpected pregnancy ministry field
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and all its features
- Experience in a non‑profit setting is preferred
This position requires an active commitment to the core focus, values, and statement of faith of Lifesong. Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment requiring the use of computer and mouse and other standard office equipment
Employees may be required to travel and have a valid driver’s license and passport
There are no specific job hazards, PPE, ergonomic concerns (beyond what was listed above), or transport of hazardous material
Employees may need to lift and move up to 35 lbs. on occasion
Employees are required to observe safety principles while performing the duties of the position
