  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, stewardship items, pledge reminders, and more.
  • Implement special initiatives designed to foster deeper engagement for NHMU donors, including tours of the Museum and other unique experiences.
  • Assist with the execution of Philanthropy Department events, including special exhibition openings, NHMU’s annual Gala, and more.
  • Work primarily onsite at the Natural History Museum of Utah and with donors in the community; availability to attend occasional weekend and evening events is required.
Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate should have very strong interpersonal skills, a fundraising or sales background, and a passion for the mission of the Natural History Museum of Utah. The ideal candidate is motivated by meeting and exceeding goals, approaches projects with a sense of urgency, and is excited to help achieve ambitious, strategic objectives.
