Extra-Help Recruitment And Community Outreach Specialist
The Family Development Center is seeking to hire an Extra-Help Recruitment and Community Outreach Specialist to drive enrollment and community engagement across all three of the Family Development Center's grant-funded early childhood programs and assist with full-enrollment initiatives. This role distributes outreach materials, represents the program at community events, and plans and hosts recruitment events to build family awareness. The role also supports ERSEA functions, assisting with application intake, verifying eligibility, supporting family selection, and monitoring attendance and enrollment data for compliance, while maintaining accurate records and reporting to program leadership.
Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, comfort with public speaking, cultural responsiveness, and flexibility for evening/weekend events.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Recruit eligible families for enrollment across all three grant-funded programs
- Design, distribute, and track outreach materials
- Represent the program at community events, health fairs, and partner gatherings
- Plan and host recruitment and informational events
- Assist with ERSEA functions: application intake, eligibility verification, family selection support, and attendance/enrollment monitoring
- Stay current on eligibility criteria and recruitment priorities for each funded program
Required and

Associates Degree in related field
