New Hope Church Shelbyville Campus is seeking a Youth Team Leader to provide vision, leadership, and discipleship for students in grades 6–12. This role will lead a thriving ministry (100+ kids), equip volunteers, and partner with parents to foster growth in faith and community.
The position requires evenings and weekends to support church events, reports to the Campus Pastor, and is full-time with a salary commensurate with experience.
