Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to join our team. We are looking for a skilled nurse leader who is committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

• Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
• In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.
• Participate in the DON mentorship program to empower personal and professional development and improve quality of care.
• Engage with the orientation and training programs, including leadership training and CEU opportunities.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required.
• Two years of experience in a DON role required.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior with excellent written and oral communication skills.
