• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Current state CNA certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
• CPR certification
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move up to 100 lbs
• Moderate noise environment

• Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (full-time), $1,500 (part-time)
