Yes - Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks Number of Providers During the Day: 13 Number of OR???s: 9 EMR System: EPIC Vaccination
Required:
Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license) Additional Information Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS Additional Facts Regarding Site: AHA ACLS and PALS required.
