Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Fairfield, Illinois

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and healthcare staffing firm, is partnering with a valued client in Fairfield, IL to find an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment
. This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking a supportive team, consistent scheduling, and a welcoming community setting.

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Day Shift

• Hours: 3x12s | 36 hours per week

• Weekly Pay: $2,268/week

• Setting: Medical Surgical Unit

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Illinois or compact-eligible)
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
