Unity West Elementary School is seeking a School Nurse to provide health services to students in accordance with Illinois School Code and district policies.
Position Type:
District Student Support Services/ School Nurse
- Provide daily nursing care and emergency response
- Administer medications and treatments
- Develop and maintain IHPs, EAPs, and medical 504 Plans
- Manage chronic student health conditions
- Maintain required health records and compliance
- Communicate with families and collaborate with staff
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)
- AHA CPR Instructor Certification (or ability to obtain)
Salary:
Nurses' hourly pay: School Year $45.16/h
