Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure exceptional resident care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Conduct daily rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
- Promote a safe, clean, and comforting environment
- Active LPN license in Illinois
- Ability to meet state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
- A genuine passion for senior care
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
