As summer brings new opportunities, we are currently seeking dependable and caring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Day Shift team.

Schedule Full-Time Day Shift6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation

CNA wages based on experience:

Less than 2 years: $17.00/hour2 years: $18.00/hour3 years: $19.00/hour4 years: $20.00/hour5+ years: $21.00/hour

What You’ll DoAs a CNA at Hillview, you will play an essential role in supporting residents with dignity and compassion by:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility

Providing emotional support and companionship

Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Documenting care accurately and timely in Point Click Care Collaborating  with nurses and fellow team members

Helping create a positive experience for residents and families every day Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused mindset

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to providing high-quality care
