Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team for full-time night shift. • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team, providing timely and effective communication.
• Work closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Qualified candidates should hold a valid LPN license and have relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
