Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for Illinois practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Circulate and/or scrub in various CVOR procedures
• Maintain and monitor sterile field and instrumentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Document pre-, intra-, and post-operative care accurately
• Support patient safety, comfort, and positive surgical outcomes
