This assignment is especially suited for an RN skilled in neuro and robotics surgeries eager to add high-demand specialties to their portfolio.
Schedule/Hours:
- Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
- No weekends or holidays
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years' current Operating Room experience
- Strong skills in robotics and neuro surgery required
- Circulating experience only (no scrub duties)
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from assignment location
- Circulate in a high-acuity operating room, assisting with a range of procedures including robotics and neuro cases
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with operating room protocols and infection control standards
- Support a positive and efficient work environment through excellent communication and professional demeanor
- Actively participate in ongoing skills development and team education
