As a Registered Nurse at Gillespie Health & Rehab, you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care while supporting residents on their path toward comfort, recovery, and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans

• Supervising and mentoring LPNs and CNAs

• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately

• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Promoting restorative care and resident independence

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensuring resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passionate about providing personalized, high-quality care

• Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive healthcare environment
