How You Will Make a Difference- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
- Have current/active CPR certification.
- Be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
- Demonstrate excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
