• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other team members during your shift
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Assess, plan, and document resident care following facility and state standards
• Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Promote restorative care to help residents maintain their independence
• Maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being at all times

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• A dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Compassion for seniors and a passion for quality care
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication and leadership skills
