Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Grayville, Illinois
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekend Availability
Job SummaryWe are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long‑term care facility in Grayville. This role is ideal for LPNs seeking consistent scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high‑quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities (LPN Duties)- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Perform wound care and assist with care planning
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow Illinois nursing standards, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
- Active Illinois LPN license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented
