Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program designed for individuals looking to begin a career in healthcare.

Program Overview:- No cost to participate in the training program
- Hands‑on clinical hours are paid at $15.50/hour
- Training schedule is approximately 40 hours per week

Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain CNA certification may be considered for full‑time employment opportunities at our facility.
- Starting rate: $19.50/hour
