Key
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Illinois or compact state)
- Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated proficiency with cardiovascular surgical procedures and technology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced surgical environments
- Circulate, scrub, and assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Provide expert patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Ensure a sterile and safe surgical environment by following established protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to optimize outcomes
- Meticulously document intraoperative care and patient responses
- Monitor and respond to patients' unique needs in real-time
