Job Overview

We are seeking a Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in an adult medical-surgical setting. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in a critical access hospital environment.

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR

Minimum Requirements

• Active RN License (State of Illinois)
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS Certification (as per facility requirement)
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends/holidays
