LPN to Attend School Pre-Teen Child

Start Time: 6:30 AM

End Time: Flexible once the child returns home from school

We are seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 care for a pre-teen child during the school day
. The shift will begin at 6:30 AM in the home
, where the nurse will assist with morning needs before accompanying the child to school. The nurse will remain with the child throughout the school day and return home with them afterward. The end time is flexible once the child has returned home.

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home and school setting
• Attend school with the child and provide care throughout the day
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Support the child and family through compassionate, dependable care
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift

• Active Illinois LPN license
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, dependable nurses
• New grads encouraged to apply
