Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Pay Range: $38.00
  • Overnight Differential
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 1 shift minimum every 30 days!

Behavioral health nursing is busy, engaging, and very human. You'll work from a central nurse station where clients come to you, giving you a steady home base even on fast-paced days.

What You'll Do
  • Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
  • Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
  • Process labs and communicate results
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards)
  • Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion
  • Support clients through detox and stabilization
  • Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team
  • Communicate with families when appropriate
  • Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
  • Maintain medical supply inventory
  • Participate in trainings and staff meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
What You'll Bring
  • Active LPN license in the state of Illinois
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced situations
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Compassion, professionalism, and a team mindset
  • SUD/MH experience is a plus - but not required
  • Ability to work at minimum 1 - 12 hour shift per month.
