We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care in Silvis, Illinois. As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department. • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction

• Collaborate with medical staff, other departments, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed

• Participate in budgeting, planning, and decision-making processes to ensure efficient use of resources

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements

• Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (n/a years)

  Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment; knowledge of nursing regulations and standards; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
