We are looking for a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a young adult in the home. This is a meaningful opportunity to support one patient and family while building a trusted, long‑term relationship in a comfortable home setting.
This case offers multiple shift options throughout the week, making it a great fit for nurses looking for flexible hours, consistent shifts, or a long‑term case that works with their schedule.
Available Hours Include- Sundays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Monday between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Wednesdays evenings until 11:00 PM
- Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Fridays evenings from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM

- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
- Provide compassionate, dependable care to the young adult and family
- Complete simple real‑time charting during your shift
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Compassionate and dependable nurses
- Nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care
