Night Shift Nurses Wanted Eldorado Rehab & Healthcare | Eldorado, Illinois $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for LPNs $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for RNsSign-on bonuses paid out over the course of one year.

As our facility continues to grow, we're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift team.

Night Shift Schedule Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation & Incentives RN Compensation $32.00–$34.00/hour+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential Experience Pay: +$0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 20 years)
LPN Compensation $28.00–$30.00/hour+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential Experience Pay: +$0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 20 years)

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care based on individualized resident care plans
Monitor resident conditions and perform clinical assessments
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
