Location: Lake Bluff
Addus Home Care, Inc. is looking for a Hospice LPN to join the Crisis Care team in Lake Bluff, IL. This position offers flexible hours and competitive pay, reaching up to $38 an hour based on experience.
You will provide direct patient care, implement nursing practices, and contribute to documentation and education about patients' care plans. Ideal candidates will have three years of nursing experience and a current LPN/LVN license.
