Silvis Center Rehab and Care, a compassionate and patient-centered healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team in Silvis, Illinois. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
- Assist with vital signs, vital functions, and basic medical procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in educational programs and training to stay current with industry developments
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Illinois
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- All shifts available:
