- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided
- Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive, team‑oriented environment
- Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well‑being while following facility standards
- Contribute to a workplace focused on mentorship, growth, and professional development
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passionate about providing compassionate, resident‑centered care
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and committed to quality care
- Motivated to grow within a supportive healthcare environment
