Dialysis Program Manager

The Dialysis Program Manager will lead Encompass Health’s hemodialysis program, ensuring safe and effective care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis in accordance with all applicable guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital’s hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety and program effectiveness.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management meetings and community outreach events.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification.
• Minimum: one year of inpatient hospital experience.
• Minimum: one year of dialysis nursing experience.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
