Location: Tremont
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Salary:
Up to $42 per hour.
- Provide care for residents of the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Administer medication, including IVs.
- Taken and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments while monitoring outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Current License - LPN.
