- Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality care services for residents

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff members
- Support resident safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
- Assist with treatments, medications, and nursing interventions within scope of practice
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and professional with reliable attendance
- Passionate about providing excellent resident care and supporting fellow team members
