Shift: Day (Full‑Time) and Evening (Full‑Time) – see schedule below

Salary:
Hourly $35/hour (+ $4/hour differential for evenings, + $3/hour differential for nights)

Education level:
High School Diploma or GED

Full‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide holistic nursing care to enrolled patients under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff. The LPN will respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one
• Active certification in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, drug screen and criminal background check

Full‑Time Day Shift

The schedule includes rotating weekends.

• Weeks 1 and 3:
  Sun, Tue, Wed off
• Weeks 2 and 4:
  Mon, Fri, Sat off
• Four shifts per week: two 8‑hour shifts and two 12‑hour shifts
