Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience providing individualized care at an Extended Care affiliated facility. Our facilities have clinical and therapy teams focused on your specific needs, interests, and capabilities to support a smooth and safe recuperation process with a wide array of services.

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a "can-do" attitude
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
