Position: Floor Nurses $15,000 Sign on Bonus
Location: Carrier Mills

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full‑time day & night shift opportunities located at Carrier Mills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Carrier Mills, IL.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Registered Nurse: $32.00–$34.00 per hour;
    Licensed Practical Nurse: $28.00–$30.00 per hour.
  • Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 for RNs, $10,000 for LPNs.
  • Experience Pay: $0.10 per hour per year of verified experience, up to 20 years.
  • Full‑time positions paid over one year at $416.67 per pay period.

Available Shifts
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident‑centered environment.
Qualifications
  • Current and active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and nursing skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident‑centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
