- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $18.50/hr
- Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $20.00/hr
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.50/hr

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care and support in activities of daily living
, ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of all residents.
- Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Provide personal hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
- Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers
- Monitor resident stability (vital signs, weight, intake/output) and report changes
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care using required forms, logs, and reports
- Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA
- Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per Illinois state requirements
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
