Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting while traveling to different healthcare facilities. This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management techniques
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care needs
• Flexibility to travel to different healthcare facilities as needed
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
