Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Illinois River Correctional Center in Canton.
Salary: $37.49
ResponsibilitiesThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Shift: FT Evening: 3p-11a x2, 11s-11p x2 per week
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
